Does anybody still have any of the old npc spawning tools or know where to find them online? I remember back in vanilla days when the emu scene was brand new and mangos was the go to, there used to be a program tool you could run and it would have drop down selection boxes and input information to select things like, npc race, faction, damage, hp, and more stuff. Then you would click a button and it would spawn the npc in game. Does anything like that exist anymore?

Well it's possible, but the tool I was thinking about is a bit different, it allows you to create a bunch of items and create NPC vendors which include the items inside in like seconds.
So not quite what you're looking for but shows the possibility.
Tool works for both AC and Trinity

"Creature Template" (creature_template in DB) for the actual creature attriutes
"Spawn" (creature in DB) for the ingame spawning

very true, the tool im speaking of was standalone and very simple, it just read what you had and allowed you to fill in stuff. Ill check the creature template thing. couldnt find a picture, but its similar to other DB editing tools out there like kiera, it was just a standalone for spawning back in the day.
