I might have just mixed two u related tables.
I just have a vague memory of you saying that it worked on TC but not here. But it might be my memory failing me :p

it could be solved by adding a flag in formation that make them ignore distance to the leader perhaps. but formations might just be a completely wrong system for this because it relies on having a leader and I'm mostly fixing regular trash packs
