Can anybody verify which table is used by the core, spell_proc or spell_proc_event, or both. BC by default spell_proc is empty and only spell_proc_Event is populated with spells. The wiki only has detailed information for spell_proc_Event. I need to be able to use periodic spell effect from HEAL only, and i cannot do that in _event. Do both work in tandem?
