Very hard to know which locale is for which language

If we use something like acore_string_locale we could use it like other locale tables
to add ID (represent acore_string.id) and locale, define it by the locale name, so koKR, frFR etc

It would probably be easy to just rename the columns, but for consistency with other tables, I would prefer a new locale table
