I may just have assumed incorrect stuff. My assumption was that the output of WPP will not be the packet output in hex, but neatly ordered sutff like: this is the guid, this is the flag field, this is the target guid etc etc. Am I wrong?

Depends on the packet. Some are correctly structured in WPP, some may be incorrectly structured, and some may not be structured at all

I mean I would say just looking at the WPP structures themselves ia a better way of handling it than sending a packet through it

I can reproduce with ASAN that `.reload creature_loot_template` is problematic. I'll look into it
