In that github issue, there's a claim that small creatures shouldn't jump over fences. But if a creature is much taller than a regular fence, then it should be able to "jump" over it. That's what I mean by dynamic pathfinding. And I wonder if it exists in wotlk zones.

It would be the same where tauren/trolls can walk over things, but a gnome can't (without jumping)
