If you want to use it on windows, just compile it for windows, i'm pretty sure you can take core in your docker to windows because is linux in docker

or if u want to use docker but with full control over it create ur own build instead of using AC one

i just followed a guide to set it up with docker so how do i take core to windows? or do i just need to use windows to make a build
