I assume with using combo point generating abilities on the other target, because just switching targets works
that would require a rework of the combo point system as it currently only holds one combo point target (as it is wotlk)

yes the point is combo point to stay on the target you attack, but you click on mouse on some other target like example to view it and then you return back to your target and the combo points should stay the same
