To avoid such events from happening, one could use multiple approaches depending on what's the actual cause for this particular spot:
- Fix the actual map, if blizz has an error in that spot.
- Fix the map extractors, they might have wrong pathing created there
- Fix the blink logic

The problem that this issues with charge and blink still happens in retail and the re-releases of vanilla and tbc.
It happens time to time I assume is the reason Blizzard doesn't fix it.
