I'm not concerned with any of that, just adding blocking so I can fix AH requests being a bit too ridiculous

by moving it to db and allowing individual policies it lays some groundwork for extending if wanted to in the future though

trying to do minimal changes - i just needed to set certain opcodes to run a different policy hence needing to move all the crap to the db

if someone was committed there's dozens of different ways of abusing the current implementation on most systems, only so much one can do ‍♂️
