I knew about git before, but my first actual interaction with it was via the github desktop which was when i started working with AC almos 2 years ago

But question, i should have the folder that contains `AzerothCore.sln` so it dects the changes, as i assume it does read changes in vs

vs and git are separate things, I’m not sure if I get what you’re asking

Example, if i do changes on a SQL file, Github acknowledges the changes.

Does it do the same for sln files

It does for any files within the git repository (that are not actively beeing ignored by .gitignore)

Github doesn't check your VS, but your VS might be auto-saving.
