sql only if you need to change stuff, which with CoS you will if you want to make it retail-like

And curious because i remember seeing this (at the specific time in the link) when it came out as i was experimenting with azerothcore, are this changes somehow in real time or doing changes with the feedback he's having of the "current" version he's working on
