`broadcast_text` is basically just a catalogue, the texts there are only beeing used if they're beeing refered to from somewhere else, e.g. `creature_text`

Yes, it's always the text the npc "says" as shown in the upper screenshot.

Additionally, this problem only occurs on some quests, most of them are translated, that's why I checked if the texts are in the db. It seems to me that they are not addressed correctlyx
