the laptop I'm using is a bit old, but I'm comparing it with bare Trinitycore which is built in 2min also with RelWithDebiInfo

First you say the startup time is increased, now you're talking about building it. Which is it? Both of these take about the same time for me, both building and starting, and both AC and TC.

I boot TC a few times a week to try and port some content from it to AC and they start in about the same time
