115 peak diff and thats not even record it goes up to 150 in my core and that is with 0 players online

i mean i got core changes so its not like AC issue im just looking for inspiration on searching for source of it

Yeah, the best option would be to run the worldserver with a profiler and add code that logs the exact timestamp (with ms precision) when the spike happens. Then, look into the profiling data at that specific timestamp. Without this timestamp, most likely this load would not be noticeable if looking at a data range of one second, for example.
As an alternative, you can try enabling Metric.Enable and maybe add some additional performance metrics in the code for suspicious code blocks, and then view the data in grafana.
It could also be that your CPU is busy with another process at that time. I think with profiling, you wouldn't see any anomaly in this case.

i dont think that is case this is constant behavior for quite some time and my cpu usage is usually under 10%
