it doesnt matter where it is theoretically....world has control over session and u need to tell it to terminate it and u cant do that from different process unless u would also create some connection between them

It does matter. There’s zero reason for people to be unable to create/edit accounts if the world server is down (using the existing protocol the core provides)

It’s also annoying if you want more than one world server, because now one specific world server is going to be more important if account management is tied to it

u know like yes it makes no sense for registration to be blocked if worldserver is down but even if we ignore that u can do it directly in DB....why would it be down ?

If someone registers at the same time as a crash (which could take 1-2 mins to recover) then their registration would fail
