On Linux the problem will not occur I thnik since includes are OK if you install libmysql-dev

Well if we can use a PATH variable then we will only to tell people to add this include path on their system environment variable : then need to maintain the CMake

but that means we can clean the Cmake script and only rely on the Windows sysenv variable to make it consistent for each install
