Locally if you ping your DNS it will respond with public ip if you allowed ICMP protocol to make pings

Sorry, but I was confused when I decided to start building a private server, I had no prior knowledge of this work and just did it out of curiosity. But as for sharing the server publicly, I feel that doing so requires more than just curiosity I just want to know if there's still a chance, so it's worth spending more time on. Otherwise I've already compiled Mongoose Azerothcore and Tranity projects on Linux and Windows and I'm sure everything is going well in the server build process.
