I guess it's a lot easier to open a GUI, click a tab and then press start than it is to just double-click the executable.. wait.. no it isn't!

That’s what I do but having a GUI on Windows is not that silly. In fact Blizzard has a GUI for their server on Windows that you can use if you want.

Most of their tools have a console version but mostly everything uses a GUI.
