i mean im genuinly curious bcs im using linux as my main system for over a year and i didnt notice much issues

If System76 can fix the above mentioned issues I have and release an all-AMD system or an ARM PC or laptop, I'll gladly buy that.

I never had issues with Linux as a whole. Gaming is still quite a bit from good imo but everything aside from that runs perfectly.

Right now my Mac is faster than my PC and it uses around 20w of power and is virtually silent and it lets me play the few games I care about.

It's like comparing two of my PCs. One is a mini-ATX and uses like 7W on idle and caps out at about 40W on full load while the PC I use daily uses 91W for the CPU alone

It's not but what I was trying to convey is the Mac mini seemed like a good buy because it's a powerful machine that runs on ARM and it's a step in the right direction.

In fact, Apple was the only company that really invested a lot into ARM. Windows was lagging behind in terms of hardware.
