That is if it's limited to 2 cores, yes. That could possibly be optimized more, I don't know, but it's still not performance heavy. If I were to assign the server 20 cores, it would just laugh at the usage.

Blizzard realms had 2 CPUs with 2 cores, 2 threads each and around 6GB RAM each. Not exactly insane by any standards, lol...

I haven't seen server code for WoW (although I've seen some client code) but I have seen server code for some of their older games and it is way faster than anything we do on our end.
