We can interrupt and break and corrupt the instant payloads. Because we don't care about their result.
We just have to not have any checks started

IMO A) that shouldn't matter and B) custom payloads may be able to be sent after entering world iirc so just delaying anticheat checks until entering world just pushes the can down the road
