So really we have to fix the clientside corruption.
Even if you could find a way to skip on server, we still want warden checks to work and not randomly skip them

Can warden send checks any time during connection?
Send all lua payloads in character select screen. Only let player join in when they are done. Only send normal warden checks when they are loading in?

the issue is when you send checks while the client is processing checks it interrupts the current checks and corrupts them

Yeah. So my fix idea, don't have any checks already be running when sending the payloads.
Only start the checks after payloads are done
