well, there's a database table for animations and rotations so I think you should be able to create new transports easily

you need to create a new entry under *transports* and then give it animation data in *transportanimation_dbc* and *transportrotation_dbc* and create a new game object entry under *gameobject* (I think)

You could use Eluna, which is a system to load Lua scripts, which are interpreted kinda like JavaScript
