Server restarts, cleared all instances on both characters.
First character enters:
```
AutoBalance_AllMapScript::OnPlayerLeaveAll(): Player Warriortest exits Eastern Kingdoms (0)
AutoBalance_AllMapScript::OnCreateMap(): Deadmines (36)
LoadMapSettings: Deadmines (36) - No settings to load outside an instance
AutoBalance_AllMapScript::OnCreateMap(): Deadmines (36-1)
LoadMapSettings: Loading settings for map Deadmines (36-1, 5-player Normal).
LoadMapSettings: Map Deadmines (36-1, 5-player Normal) has a minimum player count of 1.
```
Second character enters (not in the same group):
```
AutoBalance_AllMapScript::OnPlayerLeaveAll(): Player Zeus exits Eastern Kingdoms (0)
AutoBalance_AllMapScript::OnCreateMap(): Deadmines (36-4)
LoadMapSettings: Loading settings for map Deadmines (36-4, 5-player Normal).
LoadMapSettings: Map Deadmines (36-4, 5-player Normal) has a minimum player count of 1.
```

anyways, mostly trying to understand to make sure i'm getting where these settings are getting applied. several settings are global, so looking to move them into each instance.

i think i'm getting tripped up because AutoBalance pulls both base map and instance map information without differentiating. they're calling both "map" even though it refers to different things. thanks for talking through it, that helps.
