Been a while since I messed with ModifyMoney so I need to figure out why it's crashing with that

Moved ModifyMoney above it and it works. I need to test it while looting stacks of stuff though but it's such an easy implementation

Gonna add the module to my servers and test it out for a while but it'll be nice not to fill the bags up with junk.
