dbc is db in form of binary files used by client but AC in some cases doesnt read those files instead takes it from DB which is not necessarily issue if the data is exactly 1:1 with original

then it also depends how u look at it...from perspective of AC which does not support modding its like "files are original read directly from them" whereas if modding was supported it would be more useful to have it in DB
