I am aware of that but I followed every single suggestion on how to fix it. I wanted to try it to try and help users who use Docker by learning a bit of it. I gave up. If I were using Docker on Linux though I'd just create my own image for it.

VT-d is active by default on all my PCs and has never been turned off.

Yeah, I never bothered to even try to set up docker on windows, the compatibility is just not great
