Could make it smaller than the typical client, the client has like 6+ gigs of duplicate files that literally don't get touched

I was trying to implement a dbc enforcement check with that dbc a while ago but jesus... it just became a mess when i attempted. And anyone wanting to use a unauthorized set of hair or eyes may as well just go head.

Much like later expansion being a *if ever*, a custom client is probably the same amount of *if ever*. I'd assume someone would go with the classic client rather than create a new one.
