I think I'm understanding you right, no it does not. That would require implementing a system much like battle.net.

The core can handle a lot, it really comes down to your hardware as the limiting factor.

You really never need more than 16GB so you're good there. I don't think the core could use that many cores either but you're not going to have issues regardless.

Assuming you could get enough players to cause issues, I'd like to know that number is. I doubt you'll be able to get enough to cause issues, though.
