It would be the proper way to do it ♂️ sure you can do phases as well, but you'll have to write some phase management logic to know which phase is occupied, and you'd only ever be able to have a maximum amount of active groups at a time

maybe im getting it wrong but why would i have to manage it ? when i spawn npc for phase 4 and 2 then both are there 24/7 and player can see them if he has set his phase to 4 or 2 and then even if player is not there they should respawn right ?

You'd have multiple raids/groups in one phase then potentially.
