If you can tell that the instance expired then I would drop them at the door.

atm sending packet to Remove the summon box when you reset instance, if your summon is in to an instance that you were saved to

the only 2 ways to reset the instance I know is either with the wowapi or waiting a lot longer than 2min

As per my earlyer post it isn't necessary to allow multiple connections from a single ip. It can instead be done with IP aliasing.
