I'll try with only game files editing, if ever the gameclient handles it on its own with only file names (sounds surreal)

I see in the interface cursors folder all icons have a file "Name.blp" and "UnableName.blp" I'll try

Mmmh... I added my icons (blp files) and named them Transmog and UnableTransmog. Set "Transmog" in the DB field (IconName). It seems to do something, as I now have a glitch instead of a cursor hovering this NPC (x

I stopped trying this for now, I even came to conclude it might be more clientside and might even need recompiling the client to modify... Wanted my transmog NPC to look a bit more Blizzlike, but it's not that important finally (regarding to the pain it is finding out how it works XD).
