oh-ho! so git cloning azerothcore-wotlk and grepping it finds things that the github search doesn't, now I see the stuff in src/server/game/Entities/Player/Player.cpp. Wonder why github's search doesn't see the third use of SMSG_LOGIN_SETTIMESPEED?

Anyway, I should be able to take it from here, I can see where the packet is being crafted and pull it out of there
