I feel dumb asking this, but my grep-fu is failing me. How does the client actually learn what the timezone offset is for the server? RMSG_REALM_LIST gives a 'timezone' but it's just a display value and most private servers just use the default '1' for 'Development' anyway. SMSG_TIME_SYNC_REQ is more focused on uptime, and finally SMSG_QUERY_TIME_RESPONSE gives the time in.... epoch. With no tz information. Where does the server actually send the client e.g. 'the Server Time is +0500' or whatever?
