Regarding "actions waiting for each other", well this is something missing generally in wow servers, any core.

Currently scripts (both in c++ and in Sai) are "event driven". You can make npc go to point, then add event "when reached point".

Oh interesting, by point you mean Waypoint? I assumed that was only for natural pathing waypoints, not something I could use in a combat event

I didn't exactly understand what you wanted to achieve with "I cannot make a creature move somewhere". What I have wrote now is not really directly connected with that boss movement
