Here is how it should work.. on expiration or removal of "Mutajing injection"
Two things should happen
1- It creates a poison cloud ( ✅ working )
2- It generates "Mutagen Explosion" in 20yrds of the target, damage counts on the player infected and all players nerby. ( ❌ sad )
