i dont think that would be a good idea.
while it would make the timers of releasing gruul and players equal, it would shorten the raw dps time between 2 ground slams.

the triggering of the Gronn Lords Grasp should be handled by the core, thus there are 2 possibility here:
1. the core is bugged (?) could also be a wrong dbc value that we can fix using spell_dbc table
2. the timer of the ground slam is not correct somehow
