any spells cast time that is listed at 2 sec cast time. When your in the spell.dbc and choose cast time of 2000 for 2sec, mine rounds wierd to 2.2 or 2.1 cast time in game.... The 1.5sec 3sec and others seem to be fine though.

latency wouldnt cause the actual tooltip in game to say it takes 2.1 or 2.2 sec to cast

In SpellCastTimes.dbc, if you select the value of 5, corresponding to a base cast time of 2000 (2seconds), you see within the client a cast time of 2.1 or 2.2 seconds?
