Got that when converting the AHBot of SPP to the newest Azeroth commit, this is pretty much all of the errors

<@!169015754048405514> issue is AC not loading that table, but we can fix it by either hardcode some spell's custom attr like pussywizzard did or make AC loading spell_custom_attr table at start-up like TC then we can add any custom spell attr as we want

mage's winter's chill didnt get stack because it missing custom sell attr -> single_stack
