imo the current way is the best one - It's not included by default and can easily be added within seconds

In fact, if you don't install the eluna module.Any eluna related changes will not be compiled.
Because they all use #ifdef ELUNA.So all I did was make it possible for eluna to support Azerothcore.
It is an optional module.
If you don't use it, it won't have any effect on your core.
