It shouldnt. If you look at the link it has the commit hash in it

also if you look at the github view it says that the last commit in that diff is from 2015

oh that, yes. its nice place to make a camp at.
Usually its not spawned because it is unaccessible to players on retail (used to be). Could be it wasnt spawned on blizz. But I guess ppl found ways to get there anyways.
