not always, we should add other fields that are currently fixed via code instead.
Anyway, the fact that trinitycore didn't converted the dbc is because to follow expansion release, you don't have to maintain an sql table but just replace dbc and fix the parser

for custom stuff you need to edit dbc and this feature is also here to ease custom creation
