When worldserver starts it checks the Guild table and removes guilds where it can't match leaderguid to a character. Now this is strange since the character exists with the matching guid. I debugged the guild create command and it could not get the guid of the character, so that's why it's failing.

This character was created in AzerothCore and exported with the 'pdump write' command. I then imported the character with the 'pdump load' command. The character is playable and works fine in game.
