Looks like I'm gonna have to build from scratch again. I've backed up my acore_world, dB and char. Is there anything else other than .Confs that I would need to transfer over to the new PC and pick up where I left off?

unless you've made modifications to acore_world, you dont need it backed up since it will regenerate on worldserver launch (and if you have modified acore_world, you *should* be keeping individual sql queries to re-run instead of backing up the whole world db). important ones are acore_auth and acore_characters since that is where accounts and character data are stored (respectively).
conf files are good, only other thing is if you've made custom dbc modifications then back those up too

if you have any modules that store persistent player data in their own tables, back those up

I dont think I do. I have auth, world and char all backed up. Modules are the 'usual' ones, playerbots, ahbot, transmog, enchanter, individual progression, pvp titles, bot level brackets and eluna. Thats all I have
