Hey not sure if this has been asked (could not find in search) but when trying to get ac-database running on a docker image on my unraid server, it fails because it says it is unhealthy? Is that an issue with the image itself or can I do something to fix that with the docker compose yaml script?

So I've seen a couple messages when doing some searches that I should never modify acore_world directly. What does this mean? I've used Keira3 to modify several of the creature tables for droprates and I have added my own custom NPCs as well but also backup all 4 databases when I do my backups
