idk how the world conf multipliers work or apply, loot generation is something i've only looked into deep enough for one specific purpose so im not sure the full ins and outs of it.

I can be wrong but hte drop rate is just that, if you had copper ore at 50% and you increased "normal" rate to 2.0
50% x 2 = 100% so you get 100% copper ore.
But by default you already get 100% copper ore per mining.
There's no world config to increase the min and max (copper ore is 1 to 4)

copper ore isnt the one in question tho, its the gems which are 5%

so with kristodians rates, the green gems should be 6.5%, definitely not every other vein

The gems for copper ore are grouped, so you've 15% chance to get a gem
