well im planning to use progression module and some kind of bots, havent decided yet. So if its regular clean AC its v17 and if I want bots its v16?

It should happen now or very soon, actually. I just confirmed the new core to be working as intended (as far as I could see doing a full run of Naxxramas) so it's meant to be merged now.

If I want to customize my server, so that sub-professions are non-exclusive, for example having both Armorsmith and Weaponsmith for Blacksmithing, at the same time - how do I do that? So far, I have only removed the exclusion flags on the quest, so that both quests can proc simultaneously. But the moment I learn the one, I unlearn the other

Unless I'm mistaken the spells that teach you these removes the other one so it's likely that you have to actually modify the spells to achieve that
