i can't see a reason why it would. Either there is something I'm not seeing anywhere in the core, or its a holdover from blizzard making blessing of might first and forgetting to remove the melee ap effect. no clue.

If it's there in the original DBC files it's just something Blizzard did but since it has no effect it doesn't matter. There are plenty of oddities that they added that does nothing.

it's pct ap, my only guess is that's a holdover from blizzard planning and scratching something

it is in the original dbc files but wasnt added to the spell until wotlk it seems

yeah no clue. definitely seems there is no actual override or implementation of that effect on it. its just a value of 0 and does nothing

many spells got data in different columns which do nothing its either not cleaned completely or some partially started work

yeah learning from blizz dbc files has been confusing sometimes. I've run into a handful of spells that had some garbage data kicking around in certain columns that i then spent time trying to find a purpose for lmao
