I have never asked a question before ever. But, tonight I lost years worth of play due to an edit I should not have touched. I tried to edit the Hollows End quest Let The Fires Comes and broke this years event like a moron and destroyed my database. Is there a tool for backing up my player base?

Is there way to prevent accepting or turning in a quest with mod-eluna? Other than assigning a gossip event listener to every quest giver or receiver

Sounds more than just a quest edit and that's why you do backups, your database client should support dump or export functionality, quick Google search should tell you

I have updated my azeroth core and I was told my mmaps vere extracted with v16 but I need v17 so I went to extract again and I got this error
